John L. Spigelmeyer

John L. Spigelmeyer, 70, of Elizabethtown, passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at home. Born Sunday, December 14, 1947 in Penn Township, Snyder County, PA, he was the son of the late John S. and Elsie L. (Herman) Spigelmeyer.
John was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed spending weekends in Potter county and NASCAR, and was a Dallas Cowboys fan. John was retired from AMP/Tyco in Elizabethtown.
He is survived by a daughter Ruby R. McKain of Elizabethtown; three sons: John R. Spigelmeyer and wife Vicki of Galeton, PA; Shawn D. Spigelmeyer and wife Nakia of Elizabethtown and Kevin E. Spigelmeyer and wife Kim of Elizabethtown; 12 grandchildren, three step grandchildren, two great grandchildren; two sisters: Billie Gainer and Marion Spigelmeyer, and two brothers: Sam and Tim Spigelmeyer.
John was preceded in death by a grandson.
