John W. Milroy, Jr.

John W. Milroy, Jr., 95, a resident of Masonic Village, Elizabethtown, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 28, 2016.  He was married to Ethel B. Milroy who died on October 2, 2015.

A Veteran of WWII, John proudly served with the United States Army Air Corps.

He is survived by his children: Rosemary, wife of Norman Bell, of Michigan; John W. Milroy, III and wife, Mary, of Delaware; Mark Milroy and wife, Laura, of Virginia and James Milroy, of, New Jersey.  He is survived by a brother, Warren, of California. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert.

A Celebration of John’s Life will be held at 11 AM on Monday, October 10, 2016 in Sell Chapel at Masonic Village, One Masonic Drive, Elizabethtown, PA  17022 with Chaplain Timothy A. Nickel officiating.  Burial will follow in the Columbarium at Sell Chapel.  A time of visitation will be held from 10 AM until the time of the service on Monday.  Arrangements have been entrusted with the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA  17022, 717-367-1543.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in John’s honor to Masonic Village Hospice, One Masonic Drive, Elizabethtown, PA  17022.
