Joan Marie Chastain

Joan Chastain, 74, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Born Joan Marie Kornikow March 2, 1951, she was the daughter of the late John & Grace (Firestone) Kornikow.

She is predeceased by her sister, Gwen Risser; brother; John (Billy) Kornikow; and niece, Kimberly Rockey.

She is survived by her daughter, Ursula Williams and husband Keith of California, and their children, Joan's grandchildren who were the love of Joan's life; brother, Danny Kornikow of Hershey; sister, Judi Borum and husband Darrell of Virginia; and nephew, Todd Risser of Middletown.

After graduating from Middletown High School, Joan moved to Quartz Hill, California only to return to Middletown. Joan's last residency was at the Middletown Home where she was loved by many.

Service and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
