Jeannine M. Snyder

Jeannine M. Snyder, 48, of Elizabethtown, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at her home. Born in Hershey, she was the daughter of Rosemarie (Artemis) Snyder of Elizabethtown and the late Galen B. Snyder who died in January 2012.
A 1982 graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School, she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Penn State, Harrisburg in 1986. Jeannine was a very talented musician and played acoustic and electric guitar, violin, clarinet, recorder and pan flute. An avid artist, she enjoyed drawing and painting. Jeannine performed with a number of area theatrical groups. She also performed with Shakespeare in the Park in Harrisburg, the PA Renaissance Fair and the Mount Hope Estate Murder Mystery group.
In addition to her mother, Jeannine is survived by her sister Denise C. Snyder, Elizabethtown; her Aunt Shirley S., wife of Ronald Brunner, Jr., Annville; her cousin Michael, husband of Tina Brunner and their daughter Marina.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at Christ Lutheran Church, 125 East High Street, Elizabethtown at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will take place in Mount Tunnel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
