Jean L. (Turby) Kramer

Jean Lorraine (Turby) Kramer, 83, of Palmyra, passed away in her home, with family by her side on Sunday, April 14, 2013. She was born Saturday, July 6, 1929 to the late Leroy and Eva E. (Smith) Turby. She was predeceased by her loving husband J. Lynn Kramer on March 23, 1999.

Jean took pleasure in reading, assembling puzzles, gardening, and going to the beach. She greatly enjoyed playing slots with her sister Jane. Most importantly she enjoyed spending time with her family and was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is survived by a son, Joseph L. Kramer, Jr. and wife Rhonda; 2 daughters, Jane L. Noss and Jody L. Posey; 10 grandchildren, Kristi, Joseph, III, Travis, Christopher, Bryan, Katie, Jodi, Jed, Nathaniel, and Joshua; 9 great-grandchildren; a twin sister Jane C. Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Richard Turby.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 17th at 2 PM at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. with Bethany L. Malloy as celebrant. Family and friends are invited for viewing from 1 PM until time of the service. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Annville.
