James Franklin Keiner
August 24, 1946 — March 7, 2024
James F. Keiner, 77, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully at home with family by his side. He was born on Saturday, August 24, 1946 to the late Paul F. and Elsie (Rinehimer) Keiner. He is survived by his loving wife, Carol B. (Jones) Keiner.
James was a proud Army Veteran. More than anything he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Kandie Keiner, Jason Keiner and wife Tara, and Jeffrey Keiner and wife Nicole; five grandchildren; and sisters, Patricia Nickett and husband George, and Debra Kernag and husband Robert.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at noon at the Lebanon Valley Bible Church with Pastor Chandler Cutting officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 11 AM until the start of the service. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
