Jack D. Bomgardner

Jack D. Bomgardner, of Middletown, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the Hershey Medical Center. He was born on Friday, November 28, 1947, to the late Floyd D. Bomgardner, and Mrs. Christine (Grimes) Bomgardner He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Juanita (Wehler) Bomgardner.
Jack was a proud Retired Army Veteran. In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing, cooking, taking cooking classes, and collecting cookbooks. He also enjoyed being involved in his church and Gideons International. More than anything he was a loving husband and father.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Chris Bomgardner and wife, Willow White; and brother-in-law, Bill Wehler and wife, Donna. He is predeceased by his brother, Earl Bomgardner.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 1 PM at the Fager-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 208 N. Union St., Middletown, PA 17057. A time of viewing will be held from 12 PM until the start of the service. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024, at 11 AM at the Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his memory to Christian Life Assembly and Gideons International.
