Ira E. Koser, Jr.

Ira E. Koser, Jr., 69, formerly of Elizabethtown, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Spring Creek Rehabilitation Center, Harrisburg.  Born Friday, March 28, 1947 in Elizabethtown, he was the son of the late Ira E. Koser, Sr. and Ruth (Floyd) Koser.  He was married to Perrene D. (Kipp) Koser on June 28, 1969.

Ira worked as a supervisor of environmental services at Elizabethtown College.

In addition to his wife of nearly 47 years, he will be lovingly missed by four children: Edna M. Clinton and husband Robert, of Wrightsville; Eugenia “Gina” L. Bagley and husband Andrew, of Slidell, LA; Nicole D. Koser and fiancé Shawn McCready, of Harrisburg and Ira E. Koser, III and wife Angie, of Lancaster.  He is also survived by three grandchildren, numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren and a sister, Linda Hemperley, of Bainbridge as well as Ira's extended family and caring friends.  He was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Koser.

Private Services and Interment will be at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA  17022.
