Herbert W. Fogleman, Jr., 59, of Palmyra, passed away unexpectedly at home with family by his side, on Thursday, November 26, 2020. He was born on Sunday, April 2, 1961 to his mother Doris Elaine (Stuckey) Fogleman and father Herbert W. Fogleman, Sr., and wife Linda Fogleman. He is survived by his loving wife Judy L. (Stover) Fogleman.
A proud Marine Veteran Herb was a member of the Palmyra VFW and American Legion also on the board of the Fogleman Wounded Music Fest. Herb was also a member of the Orviston Mountain Cowboys. He loved being in the outdoors whether it was hunting, fishing, or sitting on the beach. He was the life of the party but most importantly he was a loving husband, father, pop, son, and friend.
In addition to his wife and parents he is survived by his children: Lance Fogleman, Alysia Mease and husband Derrick, Zachary, Elizabeth, and Ian Fogleman; grandchildren, Braxton and Vyla Mease; and siblings, Raymond, Tanya, and Tasha Fogleman, and Kathy Lutz.
A time of sharing will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 8PM at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078. Viewing will be held from 5PM until 8PM. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with full military honors. A celebration of life will be held at a later date for his birthday in April.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Fogleman Wounded Warriors Music Fest, 1536 Old Forge Rd., Annville, PA 17003.
