Helen B. (Resko) Myers

Helen B. Myers, 95, of Elizabethtown passed away peacefully on Monday, March 3, 2025. Born in Bridgeport, CT, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Mary (Simons) Resko. Helen was the youngest of 7 siblings who have all preceded her in death. She was the loving wife of J. Richard Myers for 59 years. J. Richard passed away April, 2014. Helen is also preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Curtis Myers, August 2023.

Helen proudly worked as a secretary at Elizabethtown High School and then as an administrator for Elizabethtown College for 25 years achieving Executive Secretary Emeritus. She was also very involved with the Elizabethtown Historical Society and worked as a Teacher’s Aid for a local Elizabethtown school.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra Dykes (Jeffrey); daughter-in-law, Valerie Rovito Myers; granddaughter, Rachel Myers Tellado (David); grandsons, Brennan and Jake Dykes; six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Service and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
