Helen L. King, 100, of Lancaster passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 12, 2026. Born in Boyce, VA, she was the daughter of the late Jesse and Virgie (Creamer) Dellinger.

Helen lived to serve, always willing to help anyone, especially family. She was a great cook, and a hard-worker, tending to the farm with her late husband, Hershey. Above all, Helen was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, and was always involved with her family.

She is survived by her son, Larry W. King (Marilyn); three granddaughters, Robin Shay, Tammy McMahon, and Amy Garber; ten great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hershey King; and two brothers, Jesse and Earl; along with her parents.

Services will be announced at a later date. A private burial will be held in Hillsdale Cemetery, Middletown, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Word of Life Chapel, 139 Wickersham Road, Bainbridge, PA 17502.
