Hazel M. Sweigart

Hazel M. Sweigart, of Hershey, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at the Hershey Medical Center. She was born on Thursday, August 14, 1947 to the late Roy and Emma (Moyer) Gruber. She is predeceased by her loving husband of over 50 years, David S. Sweigart, Jr.
Hazel was a longtime member of the Mount Calvary Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing crafts, cooking, and collecting snowmen. More than anything she was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her son, Jason Sweigart; granddaughter, Skye Sweigart; and two siblings.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, October 17 at 10AM at Mount Calvary Ministry Center 45 Veterans Dr., Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
