Harold "Joe" Botteicher
June 10, 1921 — July 27, 2013
Harold “Joe” C. Botteicher, 92, of Palmyra, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Cedar Haven Nursing Home, Lebanon. He was born Friday, June 10, 1921 in South Fork, PA to the late Edward B. and Gustie M. (Fyock) Botteicher. He was predeceased by his loving wife Jean E. (Coble) Botteicher.
He was a US Army Veteran, served during WWII earning several decorations and citations. He retired in 1983 from Central Storage and Transfer in Harrisburg and then worked for Hershey Foods for 10 years. He was a member of the Palmyra Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
He is survived by three brothers, Ralph, Robert, and Meade Botteicher; one sister, Mildred Meyers; one sister-in-law, Hulda Kinsey.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 31

at 11 AM at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA 17078 Steve Moyer officiating. Family and friends are invited for viewing from 10 AM until time of the service. Burial will follow in Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill.
