Grace Dora (Emrich) Kramer

Grace Dora (Emrich) Kramer, 80, formerly of Palmyra, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Cedar Haven Nursing Home, Lebanon. She was born Saturday, June 3, 1933 in North Annville Township to the late Chester and Esther (Light) Emrich. She was predeceased by her loving husband Ernest “Red” Kramer in 1976.

She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl K. Brown and husband Dan of Roanoke Rapids, NC; a son, Craig A. Kramer of Grantville; 5 grandchildren, Emily C. Brown, Benjamin J. Kramer, Jennifer L. Rabenstein, Matthew J. Kramer and Kristina N. Kramer; 4 great-grandchildren; a brother Nelson L. Emrich; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister Joyce Martinez.

Grace enjoyed keeping her hands busy with needlework and her mind active by reading. She enjoyed traveling and was always ready for a thrill seeking adventure. Most importantly she was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, October 7th at 11 AM at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra 17078 with The Rev. Richard Barley officiating, with viewing from 10 AM until time of the service. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Annville.
