Gladys May (Fager) Siegrist

Gladys May Siegrist, 81, of Lemoyne, formerly of Palmyra, passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Frey Village. Born Monday, May 24, 2018, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Margaret Fager. She was married over 60 years to Melvin E. Siegrist also of Lemoyne.
Gladys was a member of the Campbelltown Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary where she cooked and enjoyed helping with the carnivals. She was always one to put everyone else first and herself last. She was an avid Hershey Bears fan and loved doing puzzles.
In addition to her husband Melvin, she is survived by three children: Melody Siegrist of Lemoyne; Nevin Siegrist of Palmyra, and Jeffrey Siegrist and wife Patricia of Palmyra; three grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a sister Dolly Dessez of Virginia.
A memorial service was held at the Campbelltown Fire Company, and interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Gladys’ memory to the Campbelltown Fire Company, 2818 Horseshoe Pike, Palmyra, PA 17078.
