Gladys Lorraine (Ward) Nagy of Palmyra PA, was blessed with 99 years passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 in the Lebanon Valley Brethren Home. She was born Thursday, August 27, 1914 in Tower City, Pennsylvania to the late Leroy and Susan (Merrick) Ward.

She is survived by 4 sons, Donald Wickward and wife Sandra of Phoenixville, PA, William Wickward and wife Irene of Miami, FL, Russell Nagy and wife Kristine of Palmyra, PA and Richard Nagy and wife Marilou of Gilbertsville, PA; 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

Gladys was a graduate of Overbrook High School and Philadelphia Business College both in Philadelphia, PA. She led a very active life with a love for family, travel, friends, bridge and bowling.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 19th at 11:00 am at Palmyra Church of the Brethren 45 N. Chestnut St., Palmyra, PA 17078 with Pastor Dennis Lohr officiating. Family and friends are invited for visitation from 10:30 am until time of the services. Burial will be at the family’s convenience in Limerick Garden of Memories, Limerick, PA.
