Gisela (Eibel) Stoner, 73, of Elizabethtown, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, December 26, 2014 at Hospice & Community Care, Mt. Joy. She was born Friday, January 3, 1941 in Grunstandt, Germany to the late Georg and Klara Eibel.
She came to the US in 1959 after marrying the late Kenneth Stoner of Elizabethtown. She retired from Donegal Industries after many years of faithful service and faithfully attended Mount Calvary Church. She cherished her daughters, loved her family and friends with all her heart, and was faithful to Christ and her church.
She is survived by two daughters, Joy Fisher and husband Scott of Wellsville, Jenifer Roach and husband Harold of Harrisburg; a grandson, Waylon Fisher; a great granddaughter, Ariyanna Fisher; two brothers and six sisters in Germany; many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-laws, nieces and nephews in the area; and many nieces and nephews in Germany. She was predeceased by a brother and a sister of Germany.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 30 th at 3 PM at Miller-Sekely Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022. There will be no viewing per the request of Gisela. Family and friends are invited for visitation from 2 PM until time of the service. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
