GILBERT L. HACKENBERGER
Gilbert L. Hackenberger, 75, of Rapho Township, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Countryside Christian Community, Annville.
He was born on January 7, 1938 in Elizabethtown, PA to the late Paul & Grace (Lancaster) Hackenberger.
He was a graduate of Elizabethtown High School and a peacetime United States Air Force Veteran.
He retired from Hack’s Diesel as a parts manager.
He enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and NASCAR.
Surviving are his daughter Linda L. Hess and her husband Brian of Columbia, a sister Shelby McCann of Middletown, a brother Richard Hackenberger of Elizabethtown, two grandsons Brian Hess, Jr. and John Hess.
He was preceded in death by two brothers Paul and Barry.
Funeral services will be held at 7pm on Thursday, January 2, 2014 in the Miller-Sekely Funeral Home & Crematory of Elizabethtown.
Burial will be in Falmouth Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
Viewing will be from 6pm until 7pm on Thursday in the funeral home.
