Gerald Franklin Kurtz

Gerald F. Kurtz, 69, of Palmyra, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Hershey Medical Center. Born Wednesday, November 5, 1947, he was the son of the late Charlie and Geraldine (Tobias) Kurtz. He was married twenty years to Patricia A. (Kelly) Kurtz.
Also surviving are two daughters: Cheryl A. Ojeski (Vincent) of Greencastle and Jama L. Wampler (Travis) of Grantville; a son Brian L. Kurtz (Chelsea) of Palmyra; a step daughter Jennifer P. Fazenbaker (Bryan) of Palmyra; two step sons Donald E. Kurtz (Alison) of New Cumberland and James Dunkleberger (Jamie) of Middletown; eleven grandchildren; three sisters: Theresa Pike of New Bloomfield, Alice Hoffman of Harrisburg and Judy Zerance of North Carolina, and four brothers: Charlie Kurtz of Virginia; Tom Kurtz of Harrisburg; William Kurtz of Newport and Donald Kurtz of Treemont.
A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home, 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra at 11:00 AM. Viewing will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment with Military Honors will be held at the convenience of the family.
