FRED L. ELLIOTT

Fred L. Elliott, 99, longtime resident of Middletown, PA, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at the Masonic Village of Elizabethtown.

He was born on April 28, 1913 in Watsontown, PA to the late John F. and Ida (Derr) Elliott.

Fred was a 62 year member of Local #520 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union; he retired as a pipefitter/welder.

He was a member of Prince Edwin – Spring Creek Lodge #486 F&AM, Harrisburg Consistory, Zembo Shrine, Zembo Ushers Unit, and Tall Cedars of Lebanon Harrisburg Forest #43. He was also a former member of the National Assoc. of Watch & Clock Collectors.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Ruth Keeney Elliott.

Surviving are his son John F. Elliott (Pamela McCune) of Lititz, his two daughters Cheryl E. Murphy (Timothy) of Elmira, NY, Shawn E. Young (Glenn) of Mt. Joy, his brother Arthur Elliott of Lewisburg, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
