Frank Eric Fegan, 88, of Palmyra, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family. Born on May 20, 1927 in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada, he was the son of the late Robert Buch and Florence (Mathison) Fegan.  He was married to Lois J. (Overdorff) Fegan.

Frank served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years during World War II and the Korean War conflicts as a 1st Class Gunners Mate, 1st Class Petty Officer, Fire Control Technician, and as a graduate of the Experimental Deep Sea Diving Unit as a 1st Class Diver.

Frank worked as an electrician and retired from Cleaver Brooks. He enjoyed working in his shop and took up hobbies of reupholstering furniture for over 20 years and for the last 30 years rebuilt player pianos. He loved his home and family and will be dearly missed.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters: Terry Zartman (David) and Frankie Kramlick (Rick); five grandchildren: Jessica Wertz, Kurt Zartman, Natalie Moore, Benjamin and Zachary Gingrich; seven great grandchildren; and two sisters: Joan Weaver and Dilys Eberly. He was preceded in death by his son Sean Fegan in 1992, and five brothers and sisters.

A Visitation will be held from 10:30-11:30AM on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St,. Palmyra, PA 17078. A private graveside service will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
