Evonne "Dolly" (Snyder) Sweigart

Evonne “Dolly” (Snyder) Sweigart, 90, of Elizabethtown, passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Masonic Village in Elizabethtown. Born, Tuesday, August 2, 1927 in Three Springs, PA, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Cloma (Thomas). She was married 53 years to James E. Sweigart who passed away in June 2002.

A homemaker, Dolly enjoyed the Elizabethtown Senior Center and gardening. She was a resident of Longwood Manor for the past two years and was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be remembered as a kind and gentle soul.

Dolly is survived by three children: Cynthia E. Brosey and her husband David of Bainbridge; Marsha A. Sweigart of Elizabethtown and Mark E. Sweigart and his wife Linda of Elizabethtown; two grandsons: Jared Brosey and Nicholas Sweigart; and four great grandchildren: Abigail, Hailey, Jace and Jax.
