Evelyn Elizabeth (Goschler) Wheeler

Evelyn Elizabeth Wheeler, 94, passed away peaceful surrounded by her loving family on Saturday October 22, 2022. Evelyn was born on March 26, 1928. She was born and raised in Ridley Township, PA.

Evelyn graduated from Ridley Township High School. Evelyn married her loving husband, Robert Wheeler. They were married 73 years. Evelyn and Robert raised two wonderful children, Sandra and Thomas.

While raising two children, Evelyn worked part time as a secretary. Evelyn enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed playing bridge. Evelyn also enjoyed many hours sewing and needle point. Evelyn was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Evelyn vacationed with her family. Evelyn and Bob traveled together in their motor van touring across the US.   They vacationed every year at Dewey Beach. After retirement, Evelyn and Bob enjoyed the beach so much, they brought a vacation home in Dewey Beach. They also were snow birds in the winter, going south to Stewart, FL.

DECEASED: Evelyn was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra, and sister, Jean.

SURVIVORS: Husband: Robert, Children:  Thomas -son, Debra- daughter in law, Brother-Robert  Grandchildren: William, Daniel, Theresa, Carol and Julie, Great Grandchildren: Jonathan, Cody, Evelyn, Dakota, Ariana, Bradley, Alisha, John, Lilian, Melody, Isabella & Audrey

SERVICE: Memorial Service will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church 730 South New Street West Chester, PA 19382 on Sunday November 13, 2022 at 2 pm. 484-888-0621.
