Eugene A. Beam, Jr.

Eugene A. Beam, Jr., 80, of Red Lion, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 26, 2026. He was born June 19, 1945 to the late Eugene A. Beam, Sr. and Joanne (Arndt) Beam.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Sherry (Camp) Beam; his cherished children, Kenneth E. Beam (Lori), Craig M. Beam (Karin), Kristen M. Beavers (Daniel), and Andrew L. Beam (Alison); eight grandchildren, Rylee, Paige, Ella, Max, Madeline, Owen, Clark, and Nicholas; and his sister, Wendy Nguyen. He was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Beam; along with his parents.

Eugene graduated from Central Dauphin High School and then went on to serve his country in the United States Navy from 1965 to 1969. Following his service, he worked at Sperry/Unisys for 20 years. In 1991, with an entrepreneurial spirit, he started his own business, MicroAge of York/MicroXpress, which he successfully operated until his retirement, eventually passing it on to his partners.

He was a faithful member of North Hills Bible Church, York, PA.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. A private burial will take place in Bainbridge Cemetery, Bainbridge, PA.
