Ethel V. Silvius

Ethel V. Silvius, 95, of Elizabethtown, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at Masonic Village, Elizabethtown. Born Thursday, May 5, 1921 in Sunbury, she was the daughter of the late Clyde V. and Viola M. (Kerstetter) Silvius.
Ethel was a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Mount Joy. She retired in 1977 from the Pennsylvania State Hospital for Crippled Children where she worked as a registered nurse for 33 years. Ethel graduated in 1941 from Episcopal Hospital in Philadelphia. She was a member of the Elizabethtown Flower Club, and enjoyed cooking and gardening.
Ethel is survived by a sister Susan A. Silvius of Sunbury.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown at 11:00 AM. Viewing will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will take place in Northumberland Memorial Park Sunbury.
