Esther P. (Brandt) Liskey

Esther P. (Brandt) Liskey, 89, formerly of Elizabethtown, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Mount Hope Nazarene Retirement Community, Manheim.  Born April 8, 1929 in Elizabethtown, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Edna (Rhinehart) Brandt.  She was married to Luther L. “Luke” Liskey for over 46 years until his death on June 20, 1993.

She is survived by five children: Larry L. Liskey, of Manheim, Lorraine L. Risser, of Elizabethtown, Les L. Liskey (Jody), of Elizabethtown, Loretta L. Flowers (Stanley), of Mount Joy and Ladell L. Liskey, of Shamokin.  Also surviving are numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda L. Henton.

The family would like to thank Mount Hope Nazarene Retirement Community for the care and compassion shown to their mother over the past two years.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, July 20, 2018 in Mount Tunnel Cemetery, Elizabethtown.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA  17022, 717-367-1543.
