Ernest Richard “Dick” Woolever, 87, of Palmyra, passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at home. Born Wednesday, May 13, 1931 in Stroudsburg, he was the son of the late Ernest D. and Julia (Featherman) Woolever. He was married 52 years to Maryann J. (Gurecki) Woolever.
A beloved husband, father and grandfather, Dick is survived by three daughters: Joann Brake (Jonathan), Debra Kay Bennett (Joseph) and Bonnie Woolever (Dave); a son Ernest J. Woolever (Kathleen); four grandchildren: Brittany and Joseph Bennett, Evangeline Etnoyer and Ernest R. Woolever; three sisters: Carol Prader, Shirley Sterner (Rolland) and Donna Barnes (James); a brother Arthur Woolever (Gayle) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Dick was predeceased by a son Richard L. Williams, and two sisters: Jean Batchler and Rita Kreider.
