Elizabeth W. Swisher

Elizabeth W. Swisher, 85, of Elizabethtown, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2026, at The Lebanon Valley Home, Annville. She was born March 18, 1941 to the late James Weaver Sr. and Anna (Nauman) Weaver. She was predeceased by her husband Roger R. Swisher.

She enjoyed listening to country music and going to live music events. She loved to spend time at her camp in Lycoming County, and going to the beach where she could relax, read and crochet. More than anything she loved being with her family. Above all she was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend.

She is survived by her daughter, Vicky Wallace; grandchildren, Matthew Wallace, wife Becky, Taylor Swisher, Katie Valentin, husband Jason, and Grace Swisher; great grandchildren, Jase Wallace, Willow Wallace, Caiden Swisher, and Jordan Valentin; siblings, James Weaver, Jr., Mary Jane Baker, husband Virgil, Peggy Aldinger, husband Glen; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her children, Roger “Butch” Swisher and Randy Swisher; and son-in-law, Craig Wallace.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 10 am at Conewago Church of the Brethren, 7035 Schoolhouse Rd., Hershey, PA 17033. Burial will follow at the Conewago Cemetery, Elizabethtown.
