Edwin L. Gruber

Edwin L. Gruber, 73, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. He was born November 14, 1951 to the late Leroy and Mary C. (Driscoll) Gruber.
He enjoyed playing the slots and watching horse races. He was an avid golfer. He was a truckdriver who was also very handy and had great carpenter skills. More than anything he was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
He is survived by his sons, Edwin Gruber, Jr. and wife Amanda, and Keith Gruber and wife Brooke; grandchildren, Austin, Travis, Ashley, Emma, Gavin, Makenna, and Kiley Gruber; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Nancy Watson, Mike Gruber and wife Linda, David Gruber, Francis Gruber, Barbara Lambright and husband Raymond, Teresa Liddick and husband Rodger; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 from 6-8PM at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 11AM at the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
