Earl Richard Good
November 23, 1926 — February 7, 2015
Earl Richard Good, 88, of Elizabethtown, went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, February 7, 2015. He was born November 23, 1926 in Middletown to the late Russel H. and Ruth E. (Leggor) Good. He and his wife, Winifred J. (Reighard) Good celebrated their 68 th wedding anniversary on January 18, 2015.
Earl retired from Lancaster Newspapers in 1992 as a District Manager. He loved his Lord and sharing the love of Jesus with those he came in contact. Earl enjoyed reading the Bible and was previously involved in the church. He was devoted to his family, enjoying camping and cook-outs together. Most importantly, he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
He is survived by a son, Galen R. Good and wife Janet; 2 daughters, Carol A. Reem and husband Barry and Deb I. Crotsley and husband Butch; 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; and 2 sisters. He is predeceased by 2 brothers; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Elizabethtown Mennonite Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Miller-Sekely Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 N. Market Street, Elizabethtown.
