Doris Mae (Graves) Collins

Doris Mae (Graves) Collins, 93, of Lebanon, passed away with her loving family by her side on Monday, February 18, 2013 in ManorCare, Lebanon. She was born Friday, September 26, 1919 in Chillicothe, OH. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Frederick B. Collins in 1992; and daughter, June Marie Collins in 1963.
She was the owner and operator of Collins Grocery in Lebanon until 1985 when her daughter took over. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish and enjoyed traveling the United States, often aboard a bus filled with friends. Most of all she was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara A. Hartman and husband David of Lebanon; two sons, Ronald A. Collins and companion Brenda Cornelius of The Villages, FL, and James B. Collins and wife Juanita of Annville; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 21
st
at 11 AM at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA 17078. Family and friends are invited for viewing on Wednesday, February 20
th
from 6 to 8 PM and Thursday from 10 AM until time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Holy Savior Cemetery, Cornwall.
