Donna K. (Snyder) Ripple

Donna Kay (Snyder) Ripple, 75, of Annville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born Saturday, May 1, 1937 in Allenport to the late Howard and Ida (Burge) Snyder.  She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Donald L. Ripple.

She graduated from Captain Jack High School in 1955, was a member of Campbelltown United Methodist Church, and worked as a rural letter carrier for the US Postal Service.  She enjoyed painting, crocheting, and spending time with her family.  She was a faithful and loving wife, mother, and grandmother who led by example and love.

She is survived by three daughters, Cathy J. Shifflett and husband Steve of Lebanon, Tammy M. Deimler of Annville, Dawn R. Ripple of Harrisburg; six grandchildren, Mandy Keller of Lebanon, Justin Keller and wife Val of Annville, Courtney Shifflett of Newmanstown, Frederick Deimler of Annville, Michelle and Montrell Wilkerson of Harrisburg; six great grandchildren; one sister, Patricia Snyder of Allenport; two brothers, Donald Snyder and wife Diane of Allenport, and Rodney Snyder and wife Helen of Carlisle.  She was predeceased by a brother, Pete Snyder.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, July 2, 2012 at 1 PM at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA 17078 with Rev. Kerry W. Bart officiating.  Family and friends are invited for visitation from Noon until time of services.  Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Annville.
