Donald C. Smith, 85, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at the Londonderry Village, Palmyra. He was born Thursday, February 14, 1935, to the late Joseph C. and Carrie I. (Rhoad) Smith. He was predeceased in 2013 by his loving wife, Sharon E. (Heverling) Smith.
Donald was an Army Veteran and spent the majority of his life working at Hershey Food. He was a faithful member of the First Evangelical Congregational Church in Palmyra, where he served as a Sunday school teacher, usher, and literature secretary. He was also an avid Phillies fan.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family and burial will take place at Covenant-Greenwood Cemetery, Ebenezer.
