Delilah E. Ebersole

Delilah Evelyn (Newman) Ebersole, 92, of Columbia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Susquehanna Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation in Columbia.  She was born Sunday, February 26, 1922 in New Grenada, PA to the late Lloyd J. and Beulah R. (Curfman) Ebersole.  She was predeceased by her loving husband David H. Ebersole in 1999.

She was a faithful to her church, Stevens Hill Church of the Brethren, and loved her family beyond measure.

She is survived by a son, Harold E. Ebersole and wife Flavia of Marietta; two daughters, Barbara J. Cooper and husband Rodman of Elizabethtown, and Ruth E. Manosh of Elizabethtown; 6 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a son, Ronald D. Ebersole; 4 brothers; a sister; a granddaughter, Deborah J. Manosh.

Private burial will take place in Mount Tunnel Cemetery, Elizabethtown.  Miller-Sekely Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022 has been entrusted with the arrangements.
