Debra Kay Fake, 60, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Arden Courts, Harrisburg. She was born Tuesday, April 10, 1956 in Lebanon to the late Robert Allen and Janet Lee (Blouch) Fake. She is survived by her loving husband Doug Alexander.
Debra was formerly employed by Fry Communications as the managing editor of legal publications. She was an active figure in the Lebanon County Democratic Party. Debra loved to work with her hands painting and gardening. She enjoyed traveling with her husband Doug. Most importantly she was a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.
She is survived by her son Ryan Alexander and wife Laura; 2 grandchildren, Drew and Chase Alexander; and a brother, Alan Fake and wife Connie. She was predeceased by her daughter, Sarah Alexander and her sister, Robin Becker.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 4th at 2 PM at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra 17078. Burial will follow in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra. Family and friends are invited for visitation from 1 PM until time of the service.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her honor to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration, AFTD, Radnor Station Building 2, Suite 320, Radnor, PA 19087.
