Deborah Lightner, 63, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 28, 2019. She is survived by her mother, Betty Lightner; her siblings, Connie Moultrie and husband Richard, Susan McSherry and husband William, Robert S. Lightner and wife Sylvia, and Julie Lightner; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her father Robert L. Lightner.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
