David Scott Weiser

David Scott Weiser, 13, of Elizabethtown, passed away as a result of an accident on Monday, March 9, 2015.  He was born Wednesday, September 26, 2001 in Lewisburg to Scott David and Liza Marie (Novicki) Weiser.

David was a 7 ^th grader at Elizabethtown Area Middle School.  He was a member of Boy Scouts of American and belonged to Troop 1 Elizabethtown.  He loved art and drawing and had aspirations of becoming a comic book illustrator.  His favorite comic books were Batman and Spiderman.  David was a passionate boy, who had a strong sense of self and a caring disposition.  Most importantly he was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend.

He is survived by a sister, Celia Grace Weiser; 2 brothers, Daniel Adam and Henry Samuel Weiser; grandparents, Martin and Ruth Weiser and Edward and Susan Stephan; a great-grandfather, Ivo Henry; and aunts and uncles, Mary and husband Paul Davidheiser, Tim and wife Emily Weiser, Jaime and husband Mike Kellam, and Rachael Stephan.  He was predeceased by a maternal grandfather, Leon Novicki.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 16 ^th at 4 PM at Hope Community Church, 1806 Harrisburg Ave., Mount Joy 17552 with Rev. Peter Ogilvie officiating.  Family and friends are invited for visitation from 2 PM until time of the service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Miller-Sekely Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown 17022.
