David Lee Hess, 56, of Mount Joy, passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023 at home. Born Thursday, June 8, 1967 in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Leota Capp and Eugene Hess, Sr.
David was a crew leader with Melhorn Trucking in Mount Joy. He was an avid Civil War buff and enjoyed video games. He is survived by two sisters: Joann M. Barrelle and Mary Jane Watts, and a brother Eugene Hess, Jr.
