Dale P. Searer, Jr., 77, of Elizabethtown, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 15, 2024. Born in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Dale P. Searer, Sr. and Helen (Johnston) Searer.
Dale was an over the road truck driver for ABF for 27 years until he retired in 2006. He enjoyed John Wayne, reading, learning history, and riding motorcycle. He was always willing to help people in any way he could. Above all else, Dale’s passion was his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Dale is survived by his two children, Josi Chalk and husband, Brian, and Jody Searer and wife, Melinda; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Marlin “Gene” Searer; and a sister, Robin Baily and husband, Michael.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
