Constance Romaine Miles

C. Romaine Miles, 96, of Elizabethtown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at Masonic Village. Born Tuesday, May 6, 1930 in Manheim, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Olive (Kauffman) Miller. She was married over 59 years to Robert C. Miles who passed away in April 2018.

Romaine was a 60 year member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Elizabethtown. She loved flowers and was employed by Meuller’s Flower Shop and Bob’s Flowers as a florist, both in Elizabethtown. She was previously employed as a telephone operator with Bell Telephone.

Surviving are two sons: Michael S. Miles of the United Kingdom and Terry A. Miles and wife Trudy of Bainbridge, two granddaughters: Tessa N. Townsend and husband Alex and Tory M. Rosepink and husband Tyler, five great grandchildren: Ridge Alan Rosepink, Charlie Townsend, Jordyn Townsend, Theresa Townsend and Emily Townsend, and a brother Richard Miller and wife Shirley. She was predeceased by two brothers: Paul and Glenn Miller.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 398 North Locust Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022. Viewing will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
