Clifford A. Barr

Clifford A. “Cliff” Barr, 82, of Elizabethtown passed away peacefully on Monday, July 13, 2026. Born in Elizabethtown, he was the son of the late Elwood and Gertrude (Levy) Barr. He was the loving husband of 49 years to the late Sandra J. (Fanus) Barr, who passed in 2017.

Cliff had a strong belief in his Christian faith. He loved visiting Ocean City, NJ and the American Music Theater. He often took bus trips with Sandra. Cliff was an avid Raiders and Blackhawks fan. Above all, Cliff enjoyed spending time with his family, earning his affectionate nickname, “Gimpy”.

He is survived by his three children, Stephanie Barr, Scott Barr (Donalyn), and Jennifer Werner (Timothy); three grandchildren, Brooklyn Craul, McKellan Barr, and Kilian Barr; and sister, Audrey Sanders.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 10:30AM at Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022. Burial will follow in Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens, Columbia, PA. Family and friends are invited to view form 9:30AM until the start of the service.
