Charlotte Marie (Rhoads) Bowman

Charlotte Marie (Rhoads) Bowman, 84, of Palmyra, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2013 in her home. She was born Sunday, December 16, 1928 in Palmyra to the late Marvin R. and Kathryn E. (Keiffer) Rhoads. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Richard E. Bowman.
She is survived by a son, Rodney Bowman and wife Karen; and a grandson, Matthew Bowman and wife Jennifer.
Charlotte was a faithful member of First United Methodist Church of Palmyra. She was an avid gardener and flower arranger as well as a member of the Palmyra Garden Club and the Hershey Horticultural Society. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed swimming and was a world traveler.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family, burial will take place in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
