Charles C. Cobaugh, Iii

Charles C. Cobaugh, III, 54, of Elizabethtown, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 4, 2020.  He was born to Charles C. Cobaugh Jr. and the late Jane E. (Halbleib) Cobaugh.

Chuck enjoyed riding bike, nature, flowers, and listening to music.  He worked for the PA State Police, Bureau of Records and Identification for over 18 years ending his career there as a legal assistant 2. He later went on to owning his own hair salon on South Market Street, Elizabethtown since July of 2017.  He was a true artist who was loved by everyone and he had a laugh and smile that was truly contagious. Most importantly he was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend.

In addition to his father he is survived by his sisters: Jane Wesner and husband Mark and Janet Rodriguez and husband Samuel; several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 6-8PM at the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 N. Market St., Elizabethtown, PA 17022.  Burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Goods Mennonite Cemetery, Elizabethtown.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Elizabethtown Police Department, 600 S. Hanover St., Elizabethtown, PA 17022 or to the Northwest EMS, 380 W. Bainbridge St., Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
