Caroline M. (Shoop) Bricker

Caroline M. (Shoop) Bricker, 92, of Elizabethtown, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Masonic Village. Born Thursday, October 16, 1924, in Newburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Mathias A. and Carrie M. (Burkholder) Shoop. She was married to Vernon H. Bricker for over 62 years until his death on July 27, 2003.
Caroline retired from Milton Hershey School where she had worked for over 22 years. She was also a longtime member of Temple Bible Church (formerly Shenks Church), Elizabethtown.
She is survived by a son, Lawrence E. Bricker, of Elizabethtown. Also surviving are three grandchildren; Curtis and Christopher Bricker and Melanie Bricker-Landry as well as four great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Temple Bible Church, 5880 Schoolhouse Road, Elizabethtown, PA 17022, with Pastor Andy C. Hawes officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining church cemetery. A viewing will be held at the church on Tuesday from 10 AM until the time of the service.
