Carol L. (Kreider) Leigh

Carol L. Leigh, 61, of Elizabethtown, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Lois Jean (Longenecker) Kreider of Elizabethtown and the late Wilmer H. Kreider.
Carol was last employed as a medical secretary for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She enjoyed sewing and gardening, and had been a member of Elizabethtown Business and Professional Women.
In addition to her mother, Carol is survived by a son, Thomas W. Leigh, Iowa; a daughter, Rebekah L. Leigh, Elizabethtown; a granddaughter, Ella L. Strong, a grandson, Wyatt A. Leigh; two brothers: Jay Richard (Peg) Kreider, Marietta and James W. (Janie) Kreider, California, and a sister, Jean E. (Kenneth) Breneman, Elizabethtown.
In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Leslie E. Kreider.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 8, 2013 from Bossler Mennonite Church, 2021 Bossler Road, Elizabethtown at 11:00 AM. Viewing will be held on Thursday at Miller-Sekely Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown from 6:00-8:00 PM and on Friday morning at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will take place in Bossler Mennonite Cemetery.
