Carol A. (Rapp) Emlet, 79, of Elizabethtown, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy. She was the wife of the late David L. Emlet. Private interment will take place at the convenience of the family in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA.
