Carmelo Seguinot, Sr., 79, of Palmyra, formerly of Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully in his home with family by his side on Wednesday, December 12, 2017. He was born Saturday, July 16, 1938 to the late Pedro and Rosa (Rivera) Seguinot. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Angelita (Ramos) Seguinot.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a son, Carmelo Seguinot and wife Star; grandchildren, Shannon and Amanda Seguinot; great-grandchildren, Breanna Thorpe, Rayna Shelton, and Cielo and Torin Weighkneckt; siblings, Confesor Seguinot, Virginia Rivera, and Rafael Seguinot; and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
Viewing will be held Monday, December 18, 2017 from 6 to 8 PM at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078 and Tuesday, December 19 from 10 AM until time of service. Funeral service will be held at 11 AM also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
