Carlotta J. Zuch

Carlotta Jane Zuch, 75, of  Marietta, passed away on Thursday, March 3rd, 2016 at Susquehanna Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Born in Mt. Wolf, York County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Carl J. and Naomi R. (Deardorf) Sager.

Carlotta worked as a floral designer. She loved flower gardening, animals, reading, and spending time with her grandkids. Carlotta will be fondly remembered as a compassionate and caring woman by her children, who were the center of her universe. Carlotta loved Marietta, and that’s where she lived most of her life.

She is survived by her four children: Natalie A. Rhoads (Rodney) of Lititz, Samuel J. Zuch (Tina) of Manheim, Elizabeth A. Zuch Syernick of Pottstown, and Andrew C. Zuch (Tiffany) of South Coventry; four grandchildren: Heather Fake, Joseph Syernick IV, Connor Zuch and Talia Zuch; sister Patricia Gibble of Mount Joy; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Samuel G. Zuch.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Smedley-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 29 N. Gay St., Marietta, PA 17547, with Chaplain Bryce Stone officiating. Visitation will be from 10-11AM prior to the service. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
