Bonnie L. (Bair) Wise

Bonnie L. Wise, 69, of Elizabethtown, passed away on Thursday,
September 13, 2012 at Hershey Medical Center after a brief battle with
lung cancer. Born in Mount Joy, she was the daughter of the late
William and Mildred (Gainer) Bair.
Raised in Mount Joy, Bonnie was a 1960 graduate of Donegal High
School. She was retired from QVC where she worked as an inspector. She
also volunteered with the Elizabethtown Food Bank and Meals on Wheels.
Bonnie enjoyed beach vacations, knitting and reading. She loved
spending time with her grandchildren and attended every sporting event
or school activity in which they participated.
Bonnie is survived by a daughter, Paula D., wife of Giuseppe DiStasio,
Elizabethtown whom she taught every day to give more than you get;
three grandchildren: Christopher, Zaccari and Courtney DiStasio all of
Elizabethtown; and two sisters.
Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
