Bonita L. Landis

Bonita L. Landis, 77, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2026. She was born November 20, 1948, to the late Norman and Edith (Hoch) Long.

She had a passion for shopping and taking trips to the beach. She was known for always having a different purse and in her spare time she enjoyed drawing and sewing. More than anything, she was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Bonita is survived by her children, Melinda Allmond and husband Eugene, Jr., Heather Wolfe and partner Allen, Lindsey Landis and boyfriend Adam, and Peter Landis and wife Angela; grandchildren, eleven; great grandchildren, four with one on the way; and sister, Shirley Reichert and husband Gary. She was predeceased by her son, Christopher Landis.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 10 am at Gravel Hill Cemetery, Palmyra.
